Account Verification & Anti-Fraud
Last updated 28 October 2026
Email verification
Every account must confirm its email address using the link in the welcome email. The link works once and expires after 48 hours; you can request a new one from your dashboard.
Additional verification
To protect customers and the platform from fraud, we may ask for more verification before enabling higher-risk services (for example large GPU orders, high spending limits, outbound email, or after suspicious activity). This can include:
- confirming a payment method through our payment processor;
- business details for organization accounts;
- a government-issued ID check performed by a verification provider.
We ask only for what's needed, explain why, store results securely, and delete verification documents when no longer required by law.
Fraud prevention
We monitor for stolen payment methods, duplicate or automated accounts, promo and referral abuse, and account takeover. Suspicious activity may lead to holds or suspension while we review it; you can contact [email protected] to resolve it.
Effective 28 October 2026.
