Copyright & Abuse Notices

Reporting infringement

If content hosted on LINEARJEPH infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to [email protected] including:

• your contact details;
• the work you believe is infringed;
• the exact URL(s) of the infringing material;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorized to act;
• your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

We forward valid notices to the customer, and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate. Customers may send a counter-notice to the same address. Repeat infringers' accounts are terminated.
