Last updated 28 October 2026
Summary
Completed purchases, consumed compute and used digital services are not refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in the service terms.
How specific cases are handled
- Provisioned compute and consumed GPU time: charged for the time the resource ran. Not refundable.
- Storage already used: charged for the period it was allocated. Not refundable.
- Promotional and referral credit: has no cash value and is never refunded or withdrawn.
- Accidental duplicate payments: investigated and corrected once verified.
- Failed provisioning: if a resource never became ready, you are not charged for it; any charge is reversed.
- Provider outages: handled under the service terms for the affected product.
- Unauthorized transactions and billing errors: always reviewed through our dispute process.
- Unused subscriptions and auto-renewals: cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period is not refunded unless the law requires it.
- Statutory consumer rights: nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law of your country.
