Age Requirements

Minimum age

The services are only for people who are 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher. We don't knowingly create accounts for, or collect personal data from, anyone under that age.

What we do if we find an underage account

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under the minimum age we suspend it, delete the personal data we hold about them within 30 days (except records the law requires us to keep), and refund any unused prepaid credit to the payment method used.

Parents and guardians

If you believe a child has created an account or given us personal data, email [email protected] with the account email address. We'll act promptly and confirm when the data is deleted.

Customer applications

If you build applications on our platform that are used by children, you're responsible for complying with child-privacy laws (for example obtaining parental consent) for those applications.
