Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and LINEARJEPH LTD ("LINEARJEPH", "we", "us"), operator of https://linearjeph.cc. Contact: [email protected]. Registered address: available on request from [email protected].

2. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account or using any service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Billing Terms and Refund Policy. If you use the services for an organization, you confirm you're authorized to bind it.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher. See our Age Requirements. You must give accurate information and keep it current.

4. Your account

• Keep your password and two-factor codes secret. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may require email verification, identity or payment verification before enabling higher-risk services. See Account Verification.

5. The services

We provide cloud infrastructure, GPU compute, hosting, databases, domains, email, maintenance services and related tools ("Services"). Features, capacity, regions and hardware vary and are shown before you buy. We don't promise availability of any specific hardware until it's provisioned for you.

6. Plans and billing

Services are billed monthly or yearly in advance from your prepaid service-credit balance, as described in the Billing Terms. Prices shown at checkout are authoritative. Taxes may apply.

7. Your content and data

You keep all rights to the data, code and content you put on the Services ("Your Content"). You give us only the permissions needed to host, process, back up and transmit it to run the Services for you. You're responsible for having the rights to Your Content and for keeping your own copies of anything critical.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend Services that put the platform, other customers or third parties at risk, with notice where reasonable.

9. Security

We protect the platform with the controls described on our Security page. No system is perfectly secure; you're responsible for securing your own applications, credentials and configurations.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Services available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation unless a written service-level agreement says so. We may change or discontinue features; for paid features we'll give reasonable notice and, where a Service you paid for is withdrawn, a pro-rated credit.

11. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment after the grace period, legal requirements, or security risk. After termination we delete Your Content within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records (for example invoices).

12. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Indemnity

You'll defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms or the law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept them.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LINEARJEPH LTD is registered. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
